What time is check-in?

Check-in is from 3:00 PM. Arriving earlier? We'll store your luggage free of charge. If you'd like guaranteed access before 3:00 PM, ask us about booking the previous night at the best available rate.

Can we check-out late?

Enjoy a complimentary late check-out until 12:00 PM, subject to availability. On-site parking is limited and costs $30 per night, on a first-come, first-served basis (it can't be pre-booked). If we're full, our reception team can point you to nearby alternatives at a similar price.

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and throughout the hotel.

Can I use the gym and pool?

Our indoor heated pool, spa, and gym are on Level 1 and are open daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, accessible with your room key.

Is there a restaurant in the building?

Yes, our on-site restaurant, Brentani, serves a buffet breakfast daily from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Our café/bar is open from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with happy hour daily from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We don't run an in-house lunch or dinner service, but guests are welcome to order from Don Don restaurant in the building and enjoy it in the bar area.

Do you offer airport transfers?

We don't run a direct pick-up or transfer service, but Skybus, taxis (typically $50 to $70) and rideshare are all easy to book on arrival. See our FAQ page for full details.
